How we can help the landowner:
We will use Intensive Grazing Management (IGM) to improve your land for biodiversity, wildlife habitat, fencing, water development and will lower fire hazard. We will keep streams clean and will help you meet the goals you have for your property.
Each property will be handled individually. Fees for development may be necessary or not, rent may be paid or not. Condition of property for grazing and goals of the landlord will decide.
How we can help the livestock owner:
We will care for the livestock and work with you to maintain adequate feed supply to prevent over-grazing.
We can develop programs that will maintain livestock in fine condition for excellent production.
Fees are based upon the particular livestock handled.
For everyone:
We will work to devise a win-win situation at all times. We will coordinate land use with livestock where all benefit.
